Complaints policy / Content removal If you would like to file a complaint, please contact our company complaints department via email webmaster@caughtnaked.net. All complaints will be reviewed and addressed within 5 business days via email reply to your complaint. We will, in accordance with the Term sand Conditions decide the validity of the complaint. After the decision has been made, the user may appeal the decision within 48 hours. When the final decision is made, according to the decision itself, any infringing, illegal, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content will be removed. To report content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards you may contact our Customer Services Department at webmaster@caughtnaked.net A person depicted in a video or other content may appeal to remove such content by contacting Customer Services Department at webmaster@caughtnaked.net If you have any complaint regarding the site please email webmaster@caughtnaked.net, it will be investigated within 5 working days The reporting of non-consensual use of likeness or illegal content. This includes the request of the depicted person to remove any such content. The processing time is within 24 hours, investigation is not necessary, and later reupload of the content in question is not possible.
